Key Role: HR Manager

Your Area of Work:

We seek an experienced Head of HR to establish and lead all HR functions for our expanding GCC in Hyderabad. This pivotal role is key to building a high-performing organization, fostering a positive culture, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop the local HR team, act as the primary HR contact for stakeholders in India, and cover full-spectrum HR activities.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop HR policies and strategies supporting strategic growth, including employee relations, training programs, and initiatives aligning with the global people strategy.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, updating policies and practices accordingly.
  • Oversee core HR operations along the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, recruitment processes, timely payroll execution, and management of third-party vendor contracts.

Talent & Performance Management:

  • Manage talent development, providing career guidance, succession planning, and advising line managers on annual salary reviews and promotions.
  • Oversee total rewards strategy, ensuring market alignment, periodically assessing employee benefit programs.
  • Address performance or grievance issues professionally and legally.

Budgeting & Engagement:

  • Work with HR Controlling to manage the annual HR budget.
  • Promote employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
