  • • Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent and enhance candidate experience across the region.
  • • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met with high-quality hires that align with business performance objectives.
  • • Define and monitor key recruitment metrics and KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, pipeline health, etc.) through data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to ensure competitiveness in the talent market.
  • • Conduct exit interviews, manage full & final settlements, and ensure PF closure for employees exiting the organization.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, training support, and strengthen leadership connect for critical roles.
  • • Partner with business stakeholders to provide recruitment insights and expertise that align with business performance goals.

Key Requirements:


  • • Postgraduate in HR or MBA in Human Resources.
  • • Strong knowledge of BFSI HR practices, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
  • • Proven leadership and people management experience, with a track record of building and grooming high-performing teams.
  • • Fluency in Telugu and English is preferred.
