Key Responsibilities

  • We design develop and implement complex healthcare interfaces using Corepoint Mirth Connect and Rhapsody. This includes creating modifying interfaces to support new clinical workflows and business requirements.
  • Performing rigorous testing of interfaces ensures data integrity message routing accuracy and system reliability. This involves unit testing end-to-end testing and collaboration with clinical IT teams.
  • Monitoring interface performance and providing timely support for production issues. Troubleshooting and resolving errors message failures and connectivity problems minimizes downtime.
  • Creating maintaining comprehensive documentation for all interfaces including design specifications data maps and operational procedures.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and the ability to write execute SQL queries.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare integration interface development.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7 standards v2.x v3 FHIR CCD.
  • Experience with various communication protocols SFTP MLLP web services SOAP/REST.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least one interface engine: Corepoint Rhapsody or Mirth.
  • Good understanding of healthcare workflows EHR data exchange interoperability concepts.
  • Exposure to troubleshooting debugging tools within interface engines.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving communication skills.
