About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Trade Commercial Manager to lead our commercial operations and drive process efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless commercial functioning of franchise stores by handling agreements, compliance, documentation, reconciliation, and stakeholder coordination
  • Support profitability and process efficiency across operations by driving automation in franchisee portal and commercial workflows
  • Maintain regular interaction with franchisees to understand and resolve issues in collaboration with Regional Commercial and Brand teams
  • Approve trade-related credit notes and oversee scheme implementation
  • Ensure timely submission of eForms by franchisees in coordination with relevant teams
  • Support store managers in enforcing policies and monitor compliance
  • Resolve eForm-related queries and perform franchisee profitability analysis
  • Identify and implement cost optimization measures
  • Facilitate GST compliance, documentation, and system setups for smooth store launches
