Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to implement and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF EC) projects. This involves planning, managing, and overseeing full implementation projects, as well as providing subsequent IT support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Plan and manage project timelines, ensuring quality delivery.
    • C Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including HR, IT, and external partners.
    • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
    • Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and organizational standards.
    • Prepare and lead workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions.
    • Support global rollout strategies and localization efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience required, with several years of experience in managing HR IT projects, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience with international rollouts, preferably in Europe.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Intercultural competence and experience working in multinational project teams.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations).
  • Experience in technical consulting and solution architecture within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Experience with interface integration and reporting tools.
  • SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is a plus.
  • High level of ownership, quality orientation, and innovation mindset.
  • Ability to build and share knowledge effectively.
