Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Campaign Management Professional to lead the creation and execution of customer relationship management (CRM) journeys and automations. This role will focus on boosting customer conversion and promotional communications for a specific line of business.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on CRM campaigns in operations functions at high-growth or technology companies. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) CRM platform experience is highly preferred.

This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will also possess an understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead CRM Journeys and Automations:

Develop and execute customer relationship management (CRM) journeys and automations to boost customer conversion and promotional communications for a specific line of business.

2. Manage Stakeholders:

Manage cross-functional and geographical stakeholder management to deliver on set campaign objectives.

3. Innovate Campaigns:

Innovate on new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing deliverability.

4. Partner with Growth Managers:

Partner closely with growth managers, technical, and creative colleagues across the organization to develop and execute campaigns.

5. Develop Objectives:

Develop, measure, and reach objectives and key results at pace without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

1. Relevant Work Experience:

3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in operations functions at high-growth or technology companies.

2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience:

Experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) CRM platform is highly preferred.

3. Communication Skills:

Best-in-class communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams.

4. Emerging Trends:

An understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
