Job Title: Tender Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafted and executed technical and commercial bid documents in line with specifications, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Successfully registered digital signatures and uploaded catalogs onto the GeM portal, streamlining procurement processes and improving vendor management.
  • Effectively coordinated tender documentation, pre-bid amendments, and compliance reviews, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing risks.
  • Liaised closely with vendors, clients, and government bodies, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Monitored and followed up on pending payments, recovering outstanding dues and maintaining a positive cash flow.
  • Optimized tender turnaround times by implementing workflow improvements and submission tracking systems, leading to increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Achieved 100% compliance in all bid submissions, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tender management, with a strong understanding of technical and commercial bid documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with vendors, clients, and government bodies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in digital signature registration and catalog uploads on the GeM portal.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
