Dear All Here s an opportunity knocking for Designation Senior Event ManagerJob Location Ahmedabad WFO Job Type Full Time Experience Min 5 year Salary bracket As per the standards Notice period Negotiable Industry Hotels Resorts Hospitality Events ExhibitionRole Description Event Planning and Management Oversee and manage all aspects of event planning including budgeting venue selection logistics coordination and scheduling Proposal Development and Presentation Prepare and present event proposals tenders and presentations to government officials and corporate clients Ensure proposals align with client objectives and specifications Stakeholder Liaison Act as the primary point of contact between clients government officers vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of events Creative Direction Work closely with clients to conceptualize and design unique and engaging event experiences ensuring creativity and innovation are at the forefront Team Collaboration Lead and manage a team of event coordinators vendors and other event staff to ensure seamless execution of events Budget Management Develop and manage event budgets ensuring costs are kept within allocated limits while delivering high-quality results Vendor Coordination Source and negotiate with vendors for event services ensuring they meet quality standards timelines and budgets Post-Event Reporting Evaluate event success through feedback surveys and post-event reports Provide recommendations for future improvements Compliance and Documentation Ensure all events meet legal safety and regulatory requirements Maintain thorough records of all event planning contracts and government communication REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor s degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management preferably with experience working on government tenders and events Skills Strong presentation and communication skills particularly in front of government officers and senior stakeholders Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and innovative event design Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and meeting deadlines Basket of Benefits -Good working environment Best remuneration in the industry Healthy environment in the Office Excellent career growth Interested candidates can share resume on recruitment praveg com 6352854572
