Job Role:

The Webinar Specialist will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of webinars to engage our audience, promote products, and support lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive webinar plans that align with marketing and sales objectives.
  • IDentify target audiences and develop relevant, engaging webinar topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
  • Manage technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align webinar themes with campaigns and goals.
Marketing and Promotion:
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content to maximize webinar attendance.
Reporting & Optimization:
  • Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure webinar success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (ON24) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
