You'll be instrumental in enhancing our online presence, building optimized landing pages, improving search rankings, writing SEO-friendly blog posts, and supporting our broader digital marketing initiatives.This is not a narrow dev-only role. We're looking for a well-rounded expert who thrives at the intersection of Word Press development, SEO strategy, content creation, and digital growth.What You'll Do:Word Press DevelopmentDevelop, customize, and maintain Word Press websites (including custom themes, plugins, and reusable components).Build high-converting landing pages, homepages, and blog templates.Perform database-level updates, fix performance bottlenecks, and handle backend optimizations.Manage Word Press templates and ensure responsive, cross-browser compatibility.SEO & AnalyticsPerform keyword research, internal linking strategies, and on-page SEO optimization.Set up and manage Google Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, and track trends.Implement off-page SEO strategies and backlink outreach.Optimize pages for Core Web Vitals and performance scores.Content CreationWrite and publish SEO-optimized blog articles on various topics.Use Generative AI tools (Chat GPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, etc.) for content ideation and drafting.Collaborate on content planning for marketing funnels and campaigns.Graphic Design & MediaDesign visual assets like hero banners, blog graphics, social media creatives, etc.Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator.Support UX/UI improvements through well-designed web components.Social Media & OutreachManage company presence on , Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.Assist in content posting, community engagement, and follower growth.Perform outreach and prospecting to generate leads for digital marketing services.Tools & Platforms You Should Know:Word Press (with PHP, HTML, CSS, Java Script, My SQL)Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or All in One SEO PackGoogle Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag ManagerChat GPT / Jasper / Writesonic (AI Content Tools)Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After EffectsSocial Media Platforms & Schedulers (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg BlocksSEMRush / Ahrefs / UbersuggestTrello, Notion, Slack, Google WorkspaceRequirements:3+ years of hands-on experience with Word Press development.Strong portfolio showcasing websites, landing pages, and SEO results.Proven ability to increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and enhance user engagement.Knowledge of digital marketing funnels, customer journey, and CRO.Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Digital Marketing, Web Development, or related fields.Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence.Willingness to take ownership of projects and drive results.Bonus Points:Experience in freelancing, agency work, or client management.Knowledge of marketing automation, email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).Ability to conduct competitive SEO analysis and A/B testing.Familiarity with e Commerce (Woo Commerce, Shopify) is a plus.How to Apply:Think you're a great fit?
