Role overview
We're hiring a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end execution: content, website, social, ads, and professional photo/video shoots. You'll build a consistent marketing engine that showcases our projects and drives qualified inquiries.
Key responsibilities
Content and storytelling
- Plan and publish 2 blogs/week; 4 LinkedIn posts/week (company + leadership).
- Create case studies and project spotlights using our completed sites.
- Write clear copy for blogs, landing pages, and ad creatives.
Photo/video production
- Coordinate monthly project photo + video shoots; manage shot lists, schedules, approvals, and asset library.
- Produce short-form videos/reels from shoots for social.
Website and CRO
- Own WordPress updates; build/refresh 1 landing page every 15 days.
- Keep team profiles updated and implement basic on‑page SEO (titles, meta, internal links).
Social and brand
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Manage content calendar and basic community engagement.
Paid ads
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads with clear UTM tracking.
- Align ads with relevant landing pages; monitor budgets and weekly performance.
Partnerships, events, PR
- Identify local partners (builders, furniture brands, communities) and support micro‑events/open houses.
Reporting and ops
- Set up and maintain weekly KPI dashboard (traffic, leads, CPL, top content).
- Ensure accurate source attribution via GA4, Search Console, and UTM hygiene.
Must‑have qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands‑on execution across content, social, basic SEO, Google/Meta ads, and WordPress.
- Strong copywriting and visual sense; proficient with Canva.
- Experience coordinating photo/video shoots and turning assets into content.
- Comfortable with GA4, Search Console, and UTM tracking.
- Owner mindset: plans the work, meets weekly deliverables, reports results.
Nice to have
- Basic HTML/CSS for WordPress editing.
- Experience in interiors/architecture/real estate/lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with local partnerships, events, and PR in Gujarat.
Compensation and reporting
- upto ₹ 60,000 per month CTC + performance bonus tied to qualified inquiries and content cadence.
- Reports to CEO; weekly standup and KPI review.
