Visual Merchandiser Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Product Knowledge:
      • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including materials, fabrics, and styles.
      • Understand store stock, new products, trends, and competitors' market.
      • Regularly communicate and provide feedback to the product department.
    • Customer Service:
      • Apply company customer service methods.
      • Identify and meet customers' specific needs.
    • Visual Merchandise:
      • Apply basic visual merchandising techniques.
      • Improvise and implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product display and store image.
      • Analyze and display products according to pictures sent from head office.
      • Manage and optimize furniture for store displays (hangers, benches, tables, etc.).
    • Product Reception:
      • Manage product delivery and replenishment processes.
    • Team Management and Development:
      • Lead a team of visual commercials.
      • Train and guide team members to perform duties efficiently.
    • Loss Prevention:
      • Participate in inventory management following company procedures.
      • Teach security procedures (fitting rooms, cash desks, zoning) to minimize inventory loss rate.
    • Stock Management:
      • Organize and maintain stock room procedures.
      • Use available tools to stay updated on stock rotation.
