About the Job

As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights and transforming consumer conversations into business growth opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end reporting, insight writing, and storytelling across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recurring Reporting: Develop and deliver digital and social media reports that focus on consumer behavior and content trends, providing valuable insights for business decision-makers.
  • Insight Generation: Interpret conversation data to extract meaningful insights about consumer needs, sentiment, and preferences, helping to inform business strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Narrative Development: Craft structured, insight-rich narratives aligned to business goals and audience priorities, effectively communicating complex data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve frameworks, dashboards, and storytelling approaches, ensuring seamless integration of consumer insights into business operations.
  • Research Support: Provide ad hoc research or proof-of-concept support with relevant consumer/contextual analysis, driving business value through data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, social media intelligence, or consumer insights.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one social listening tool such as Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Brandwatch, or similar.
  • Strong grasp of KPIs like engagement, sentiment, share of voice, and content format.
  • Proven track record in storytelling using PowerPoint and Excel-based dashboards.
  • Understanding of digital consumer behavior, audience segmentation, and content performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in a business reporting context.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and organized under tight timelines.
