We are seeking a skilled Consumer Insights & Social Listening Professional to join our team.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and expertise in consumer behavior, social listening, and digital analytics to drive business growth. As a Consumer Insights & Social Listening Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality insights that inform marketing strategies and drive results.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing data from social media platforms, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to improve brand performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reporting frameworks, dashboards, and storytelling formats that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, audience segmentation, and content effectiveness metrics.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify key trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and analytics teams to develop and implement reporting frameworks, dashboards, and storytelling formats.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital analytics, social listening, and consumer insights, and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital analytics, social intelligence, or consumer insights roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major social listening platform or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to analyze KPIs such as SOV (Share of Voice) and Content type performance.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data visualization and storytelling.
