About the Role:

This 12-month opportunity with possible extension offers a chance to work as a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities include working with global customers to identify their training needs, understanding customer applications and processes, and deriving actionable insights.

Candidates should have a good technical degree, preferably in Computer Science or IT Engineering, and possess excellent spoken English skills.

Preferred skills include awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies, knowledge of systems architecture and security, and experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Rest APIs.

Additionally, familiarity with applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Icertis, etc., would be an added advantage.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers.

Key responsibilities include consulting, ideating, and proposing optimal digital adoption solutions, creating content using the client Studio Editor, and helping develop standards and guidelines for consistency in deliverables.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritize multiple customer projects, and develop product expertise.
