Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Credit Underwriting and Monitoring: Oversee end-to-end credit underwriting and monitoring of personal loan portfolios through digital channels.
  2. Policy Creation and Validation: Develop and validate underwriting policies, working closely with the Data Science team to analyze and improve models.
  3. Performance Benchmarking: Determine performance benchmarks and identify corrective actions for portfolio breaches.
  4. Automation and Standardization: Automate credit policies to minimize manual intervention in assessing creditworthiness and standardize policies and processes.
  5. Portfolio Analysis and Risk Management: Conduct regular portfolio analysis, recommend policy changes, and monitor risk thresholds.
  6. New Partner Integrations: Integrate new channel partners, understand their products, and create policies aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Finance, Statistics, or Management from a reputable institution.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience, including 3-4 years in risk management and policy creation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data analytics, model validation, policy formulation, portfolio management, stakeholder management, and project management.

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in R/Python, SQL, and advanced Excel.
