Cyber Innovation Leader

The role involves leading a Centre of Excellence, fostering experimentation, prototyping, and applied research to drive strategic innovation.

  • Develop cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence in lab operations, resource allocation, and project management.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an innovation strategy aligned with CoE goals and overall cybersecurity objectives.
  • Establish a framework for research and innovation activities, including infrastructure enablement, operational models, and outcome measurement.
  • Translate research findings into practical cybersecurity solutions and strategies.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies into existing frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in Cyber Innovation, with 8-10 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical background in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and programming languages relevant to cybersecurity.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in setting up or working in a Centre of Excellence (CoE).
  • Proven experience in leading or supporting innovation initiatives, including ideation, prototyping, and product development.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of various cybersecurity domains, including futuristic cyber security technologies, emerging trends, and disruptive technologies.
  • Ability to think strategically and align innovation efforts with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex cybersecurity challenges.

Education:

  • BE/ BTech degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution/board.
  • MCA / M.E./ MTech / MSc in any discipline from a recognized university/institution/board.

Certifications:

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Technology Management)
