Role Summary

As a Technical Lead, you will spearhead the design and development of fintech platforms, leveraging technology to create meaningful impact in financial inclusion.

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced technical expert with strong leadership ability and passion for innovation. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect end-to-end fintech products and platforms.
  • Drive scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, ensuring timely delivery of product features.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Work closely with product, business, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
