Job Title Digital Marketing Executive - Community Building Lead Generation Location Udaipur Experience 2-4 years Employment Type Full-time Industry Fintech Banking Financial Services UK Europe markets About the Role We re seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with experience in building engaged online communities particularly in the banking or financial services sector across the UK and Europe This role combines content-driven community engagement digital campaign execution partnership lead generation and podcast content development You ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand connects with its audience both existing and prospective through meaningful interactions thought leadership and collaborative growth Key Responsibilities Community Building Banking Finance Focus - UK Europe Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage digital communities within the financial ecosystem bankers fintech professionals consultants etc Manage community platforms such as LinkedIn groups Slack Discord or niche finance forums Create content and host discussions relevant to finance trends digital banking and innovation in the UK EU market Collaborate with subject matter experts and thought leaders to enrich the community with high-value content Monitor and respond to community discussions and inquiries fostering trust and brand loyalty Lead Generation Partnerships Execute targeted lead generation campaigns across digital channels focused on acquiring potential B2B B2C partnerships in fintech banking Build and maintain a prospect database of relevant contacts in the UK Europe financial space Conduct outreach and schedule meetings with potential podcast guests collaborators and strategic partners Support the sales partnership team with warm leads generated through community and campaign activity Podcast Content Creation Assist in ideating and producing podcast content around digital banking fintech innovation and industry leadership Coordinate with guests manage scripts or discussion guides and ensure alignment with brand messaging Repurpose podcast content into snippets social posts and newsletters for increased reach Digital Marketing Execution Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across email social media and performance marketing to drive engagement and conversion Track KPIs like engagement rate CPL community growth and campaign ROI with regular reporting and insights Work closely with design and content teams to develop campaign creatives and copy Requirements 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven focus on community building and lead generation Prior exposure to the banking or fintech space particularly with audiences in the UK Europe Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content Familiarity with tools like HubSpot LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Analytics Hootsuite or similar platforms Experience working on podcast content creation webinar coordination or virtual community events Nice-to-Have Experience in B2B partnerships or financial influencer outreach Understanding of financial regulations terminology or audience behavior in the UK EU Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 944 61 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location In person
