About Our Innovation Group

We have an internal R&D group focused on innovation and client-facing work. We prototype, evaluate, and productionize AI features across our products—then help customers adopt them.

Your Role

You will be working closely with our product teams to build and experiment with new AI-powered features. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing rapid prototypes for large language model (LLM)-powered features and evaluating their potential for productionization.
  • Standing up model context protocol (MCP) servers over OpenAPI specs to enable 'ask & test the API' experiences.
  • Creating evaluation harnesses (offline & human-in-the-loop) for prompts, models, and pipelines.

Once you've successfully prototyped and evaluated a feature, you'll work on productizing it by:

  • Shipping ML/LLM services (APIs, microservices) with clean interfaces, telemetry, tests, and CI/CD.
  • Implementing guardrails (PII handling, redaction, safety filters) and quality gates.

You'll also be responsible for:

  • Building datasets (label/curate), retrieval indexes, vector stores, and monitoring dashboards.
  • Owning experiment tracking and model/artifact versioning; helping with cost/performance tuning.

Effective partnership with stakeholders, including product, backend, frontend, and customer teams, is essential for seamless collaboration and clear communication of findings.

The ideal candidate should have solid Python skills, as well as experience with at least one of PyTorch or TensorFlow. Familiarity with LLMs, API engineering, retrieval & storage, packaging & delivery, and excellent written & spoken communication skills are also essential.

We offer a growth path that includes leading POCs end-to-end, owning an evaluation framework, shipping 1–2 features into production, tech leading for a product work-stream, mentoring juniors, co-owning roadmap, driving customer pilots, and eventually becoming an AI/ML Lead.

To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computers, or a related field with 1-4 years of relevant experience.
