Artificial Intelligence Lead Role

About this opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Lead to spearhead our AI research initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving innovation and staying ahead of the curve in cutting-edge AI technologies.

  • Leading AI Tech research efforts to identify new opportunities and stay competitive
  • Developing and publishing insightful AI research papers to engage tech enthusiasts and drive business outcomes
  • Experimenting with novel AI technologies and exploring their applications

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional team management and stakeholder engagement skills, experience in delivering large-scale AI/ML projects, and proficiency in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting AI systems.

Strong technical expertise in AI/ML domains, including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation, is essential. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough market analysis to identify areas for AI-driven innovation
  • Developing strategic plans to implement AI solutions and drive business value
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to ensure successful collaboration
Requirements:
  • PhD/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in leading AI research teams or projects
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI/ML projects and publications
