Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Effectively as Part of a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
  • Maintain a Professional Work Environment: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, contributing to a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize Time Efficiently: Allocate time effectively to enhance communication skills, stay up-to-date on SOPs, and manage inventory.
  • Complete Operational Duties: Accurately complete paperwork, sales reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a good command of spoken English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management, handling conflicts professionally.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and stand for long periods.
