Full Stack Lead Developer

About the Role:

As a Full Stack Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing and leading the development of full-stack web applications using Python backend and React frontend technologies. You will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, performant, and user-friendly web applications that address complex business problems.

  • Design and lead the development of full-stack web applications using Python (Django/Flask) backend and React frontend.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implement unit and integration tests; support CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in software development with strong expertise in Python, particularly Django and Flask frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js for building interactive, high-performance frontends.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs.
  • Strong backend skills: RESTful API design, database modeling (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in agile development and DevOps practices.
