Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Remote

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails and Golang to join our remote engineering team. You'll be responsible for building scalable backend services and modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend systems in Ruby on Rails and Go.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to deliver robust features.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
  2. Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Golang.
  3. Experience with RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and background job processing.
  4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Docker is a plus.
  5. Good communication and remote collaboration skills.
