Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

Your expertise in React.js will enable you to build reusable components, frontend features, and responsive user interfaces.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust backend services, REST APIs, and GraphQL endpoints using Node.js & Express.js.
  • Manage database schemas, queries, and performance optimization in MongoDB.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems (OAuth, JWT), and payment gateways.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience with the MERN stack.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of React.js, Hooks, Redux/Context API, and component-based architecture.
  • Backend expertise in Node.js and Express.js, including middleware and API design.
  • Experience with MongoDB, Mongoose ORM, and database performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful services, GraphQL, and microservice architectures.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap, Material UI for responsive design.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, SSO).
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
