Airport Support Associate

This is a full-time role for an Airport Ground Staff (Customer Service Representative) located in Nagpur. The position involves assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to passengers.
  • Assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and airline policies.
  • Managing passenger inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have knowledge of airline operations and procedures, as well as proficiency in handling passenger data and managing check-in systems.

Bonus points if you have prior experience in airport operations or customer service A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
