Airport Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Airport Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight schedules, baggage claims, and other airport services.
  • Respond to passenger inquiries and concerns in a polite and empathetic manner.
  • Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment at the airport by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any incidents or hazards.
Requirements:
  • Higher Secondary, Secondary School, Vocational Course, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Professional Degree, B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com education or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Ground Staff, Ground Staff Executive, Help Desk Executive, Customer Care Executive, Back Office Executive, Data Entry Operator, Basic Computer Skills, Air Ticketing Staff, Airport Executive, Airport Staff etc.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
