Community Environment Manager

Our team seeks an experienced Community Environment Manager to foster a collaborative environment that promotes growth and development. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a community of members, organizing events for new member introductions, mixers, and socials, as well as partnering with local businesses to plan engagement events.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the front desk and ensure it is always staffed by a community team member.
- Conceptualize and execute community initiatives such as events.
- Introduce new members to the existing community of members.
- Manage billing and check-ins/check-outs for qualifying members.
- Conduct center tours for potential new members.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
- Assist in building policies related to guest registration, security, and building procedures.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the community manager.
- Liaise with facilities and IT support teams to resolve member issues.
- Limit desk vacancies through enhanced member experience.
- Work with marketing teams to ensure required visibility.
- Manage leads with care and adhere to our sales process.
- Drive auxiliary revenue streams.
Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience and a bachelor degree.
