Job Title: Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Professional

This role requires a minimum of 5-6 years' experience in the Oil & Gas field with similar experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging safety orientations, special trainings, and third-party training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrangement of Safety Orientation with personnel
  • Special Trainings like Confined Space, Work at Height, and defensive driving
  • Special 3rd Party Training like Rigger Training, SCABA as per recommendation
  • Employee training using multiple delivery methods and media
  • Conducting root cause analysis
  • Effective communication through oral and written communication to individuals and groups
  • Interacting effectively with individuals in various situations and settings
  • Working effectively with a diverse workforce to achieve stated HSE objectives
  • Operating a computer effectively and using Microsoft Office products and other software applications
  • Acting appropriately in emergency situations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience in Oil & Gas field with similar experience
  • Good communication skills in English
