Senior Brand Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to drive compelling brand narratives and develop end-to-end PR strategies.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, works closely with media houses and stakeholders, and delivers impactful editorial wins under tight timelines.

  • Develops comprehensive PR strategies, plans, pitches, and publishes content with minimal dependency.
  • Scores secure editorials, op-eds, and thought leadership pieces across top-tier publications.
  • Buys and maintains relationships with journalists, editors, and media owners across policy, business, and impact beats.
  • Manages press relations for high-stakes projects, especially in public-sector or compliance-heavy environments.
  • Operates under real-world constraints without compromising results.
About the Role

This is not a coordinator role - it's for someone who thinks and acts like a PR entrepreneur, takes full ownership, and commands credibility in the ecosystem.

We're looking for a self-motivated and media-savvy professional with 6-9 years of experience in PR/communications, preferably from boutique firms or independent consulting.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of getting editorials and high-quality coverage with lean teams, experience handling government projects or public policy communication, and deep media relationships and respected reputation in the PR ecosystem.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in sustainability, cleantech, policy, or ESG space.
  • The ability to script, ghostwrite, or package complex stories simply.
  • Familiarity with media analytics tools (Whizikey, Meltwater, etc.).

A self-starter with the hunger and mindset of a pseudo-entrepreneur, able to think on your feet, act under pressure, and deliver without constant supervision. Skills include:
