As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing a thriving online community. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategies that foster a sense of belonging and loyalty among community members.

This involves creating and curating engaging content, actively moderating discussions to ensure a positive and constructive environment, and planning, organizing, promoting, and executing a series of captivating online events.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from concept to post-event analysis. Additionally, you will develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support community growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Development: Develop and execute strategies to build, grow, and engage a vibrant online community.
  • Content Creation: Curate and create engaging content relevant to the community.
  • Event Planning: Plan, organize, promote, and execute a series of engaging online events.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify our message.
  • Speaker Management: Liaise with speakers for both online and offline events, managing schedules, content requirements, and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven 3+ years experience in community management, social media management, and online event management.
  • Skills: Demonstrable success in building and engaging online communities, strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, experience with influencer marketing campaigns, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
