Job Summary

NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Senior Service Desk Manager to lead our Managed Services Team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of service desk agents and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of service desk agents and ensure effective achievement of KPIs
  • Contribute to the process of managing tickets or calls logged at the service desk
  • Investigate and diagnose reported faults and take ownership of resolving or further escalating incidents
  • Train and mentor service desk agents to improve their performance
  • Monitor the performance of service desk agents and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience gained in call centre managed services/services delivery environment
  • Entry level team management/leadership experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading a team of service desk agents
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology or related
