Coding Ninjas is a leading online coding EdTech company with a mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry.

We offer learning programs for college students and working professionals to upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects. Our team of experienced educators and mentors provide 1:1 support for effective doubt resolution and help equip candidates with skills in software development.

With over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that combine learning, application, and demonstration of capabilities.

We have upskilled over 2,00,000+ students including 5,000+ IITians. We are now building a next gen 4 year AI-native program combining world-class campus with decade of expertise in edtech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end program management ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable alignment and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations and support their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
  • Conduct research analyze data and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with schools colleges edtech platforms corporates and global institutions.
  • Develop creative growth initiatives scholarships hackathons referral alliances joint programs.
  • Take ownership of special projects requiring experimentation process-building and execution at scale.
  • Create and monitor project plans KPIs and performance dashboards to track progress and impact.
What We're Looking For

We seek a professional with strong analytical skills who can structure problems and derive actionable insights.

  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting program management strategy or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity with a bias towards action and learning by doing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
