E-commerce professionals play a vital role in shaping a company's online presence and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Listings & Content Management:
    • Create, manage, and optimize product listings across various marketplaces to drive sales and customer engagement.
    • Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords are consistently applied.
    • Monitor competitor listings to stay ahead of the competition and implement improvements based on trends and best practices.
  • Marketplace & D2C Optimization:
    • Analyze marketplace performance and customer feedback to optimize product listings for higher visibility and conversion.
    • Conduct thorough research into competitors' strategies, including pricing, marketing, and new product development.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Oversee inventory levels to ensure timely restocking and dispatching, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
    • Collaborate with warehouse or logistics teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Order & Customer Management:
    • Streamline order processing to ensure smooth and efficient fulfillment.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively and professionally.
  • Pricing & Promotions:
    • Monitor market trends to inform pricing strategies that remain competitive.
    • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and attract new customers.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Compile key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews to assess marketplace performance.
    • Prepare regular reports for stakeholders regarding performance and emerging trends.
  • Marketplace & D2C Compliance:
    • Stay informed about changes in marketplace policies and guidelines.
    • Ensure adherence to platform requirements, including shipping, returns, and product listings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in managing online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with expertise in using Excel or other data management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience working independently and collaboratively.
