Job Title: Application Lead

 

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, build, and configuration of applications with a strong focus on SAP Project System (PS). The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact, driving collaboration across teams, overseeing application development, and ensuring successful project delivery that aligns with organizational goals.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP Project System (PS), leading, managing, and mentoring a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and outcomes. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to key organizational decisions, provide effective solutions to complex problems, facilitate training and skill development opportunities, oversee and monitor project progress, and ensure application design, configuration, and development meet organizational standards and business objectives.

 

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) with a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS.
  • Proven experience in application design, build, and configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to SAP PS.
