Senior Technical Analyst - Identity Governance and Administration

The role involves onboarding applications, interacting with application owners to understand their system, explaining integration processes and goals, gathering information relevant to the IAM process, coordinating and testing custom development, working with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices and application requirements, assisting app teams in user acceptance testing (UAT), maintaining accurate statuses for onboarded applications, and working with multiple application teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new applications by understanding their systems and requirements.
  • Coordinate and test custom development required for integrations.
  • Work with internal engineers to ensure integrations meet governance standards and application needs.
  • Assist application teams in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain up-to-date statuses of all onboarded applications.
  • Collaborate with multiple application teams concurrently.

Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years' experience in IGA development as an engineer or analyst.
  • Proficiency in configuring source and target applications for attributes.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for lifecycle management and provisioning.
  • Familiarity with SailPoint-based identity and access management solutions.
  • Knowledge of RBAC analysis and implementation.
  • Ability to launch certification campaigns and follow up on remediation processes.
  • Skills in creating forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, email templates, and custom reports.
  • Experience with lifecycle management events and application onboarding.
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification.
