Workforce Integration Specialist

The role of an Integration Engineer at involves integrating workforce applications with other systems. Key skills include knowledge of Workforce and certification in Workforce – Integration, advanced JavaScript proficiency, SQL experience, SOAP and Restful Web Services implementation, SSO Federations, HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Gather technical requirements and implement packaged application software.
  • Develop interfaces using APIs for customers to connect with HCM applications.
  • Assist customers in all integration processes and design architecture programs.
  • Perform unit and system testing of configured application.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Knowledge of structured processes for documenting code, maintaining revisions, testing, and developing quality assurance practices.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance and stay current on technical specifications on Software products.
