Job Title: Electrical Systems Manager

Location: Agra, India

Years of Experience: 5–7 Years

Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead maintenance activities for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of plant operations.
  • Maintain machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, and other automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Minimize breakdowns and maximize availability of machines and equipment.
  • Collaborate with production and other departments for smooth plant operations.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all electrical & instrumentation works.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems.
  • Train and develop maintenance team members on new technologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and team management abilities are necessary.
