**Company Secretary Management Trainee Role Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our high-performance team as a Company Secretary Management Trainee. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills, with an interest in startups, funding, corporate law, and transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive compliance due diligence for venture capital transactions
  • Review and draft issue/allotment documents for securities
  • Lead compliance efforts for venture capital funding transactions
  • Provide strategic advice to foreign companies on establishing a presence in India
  • Manage compliance requirements for employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) & phantom stocks
  • Streamline the process of striking off companies under the Fast Track Exit Scheme
  • Implement systems to enhance organizational compliance management
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes & provide clients with expert advice on compliance risks

**Additional Responsibilities for CS Semi-Qualified Professionals:**

  • Lead and guide team members to deliver timely, high-quality results
  • Coordinate with clients, investors, and regulators for effective compliance communication
  • Collect and analyze information to support compliance and advisory projects
