**Job Title:** Customer Relationship Specialist

This role involves coordinating with Australian customers and stakeholders, as well as managing fiber orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
  • Order Management: Perform accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring strict adherence to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively manage internal and external stakeholder engagement, including end customers, field teams, design teams, and building authorities, ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure 100% quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in International Call center operations (Australian English).
  • Strong communication skills, including experience handling international customer calls and effective written communication.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Map, and PNI – Spatial net is preferred.
