Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

As a seasoned Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. This includes ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, managing statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits in coordination with auditors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Audit Management: Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management to ensure financial stability.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze MIS reports, cost reports, and variance analysis for management.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
