Job Opportunity: US Banking Voice Process

We are seeking skilled professionals for our US Banking Voice Process team with excellent career growth prospects and a lucrative retention package. Candidates with prior BPO experience, especially in voice processes, are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Certificate or Graduate Degree
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months in BPO services (voice process preferred)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English language proficiency
  • Work Schedule: Willingness to work in rotational night shifts covering US time zones

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month plus ₹1,750 allowance
  • Retention Incentive: ₹1.30 Lakh after one year of service
  • Working Hours: Five days a week with two rotational weeks off
  • Work Location: Malad and Thane office locations
  • Preferred Joining: Immediate start
  • Shift Schedule: Rotational US Night Shifts
