Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Banking Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound voice-based calling to potential and existing customers, promoting banking products such as credit cards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through phone calls, addressing their queries, and pitching suitable banking products.
  • Maintain productivity and sales conversion metrics in line with targets.
Educational Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass)
  • Preferred: Graduates from any stream (Freshers welcome)
Languages and Skills
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential
  • Familiarity with MS Office, CRM navigation, and call logs
Work Schedule
  • Fixed Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off
