Job Title: Engineering Leader

About this role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop professional growth plans.

  • Technical Oversight: Utilize technical expertise to assess technical requirements of projects and ensure right resources are in place.
  • Budget and Vendor Management: Develop and manage the IT budget ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
  • Process Improvement and Governance: Implement and maintain IT governance policies and procedures ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management.
