Principal Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Software Test Engineer. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in software testing and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the banking domain.
This position involves identifying how test teams align within an organization and creating a comprehensive Test Plan after discussions with the test team and test manager. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing all levels of testing, including System, Integration, and Regression testing.
The selected individual will also be responsible for Triage, RCA for customer reported defects. Furthermore, they will monitor test progress by constantly assessing the work assigned to each resource and re-balance or re-allocate as required.
In order to be considered for this position, applicants should possess any graduation with at least 3+ years of experience as a software tester in a reputable IT organization. Current or past experience working as a software tester in an established IT organization is highly desirable. Adequate knowledge of the banking domain is essential, and a willingness to learn Digital Banking is required.
The ideal candidate will have working/application level knowledge of the various phases and nuances of STLC. They must be able to adhere to laid out quality processes and have worked on Waterfall model with Agile (Scrum) being an added advantage. Effective communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders are essential.
