Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the purchase team to achieve departmental targets.
- Optimize procurement processes for cost savings and efficiency.
- Understand department requirements and source accordingly at group level.
- Negotiate with vendors for best pricing and quality.
- Finalize L1/L2 vendors, execute agreements, and maintain vendor trackers with cost-benefit analysis.
- Ensure compliance with legal and environmental standards.
- Manage inventory to meet production demands while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
- Continuously explore and develop new vendors to improve rates and services.
- Utilize systems for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 13–17 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (Manufacturing industry experience preferred).
