Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Electronics - Senior Specialist

Join us in a dynamic role where you will drive excellence in procurement and supply chain management.

We are seeking a talented and experienced sourcing professional with strong knowledge of electronic components, BOM-based quoting, and global sourcing strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing Bills of Materials (BOMs) to generate accurate quotes for prototype and bulk production.
  • Sourcing active and passive components, PCBs, and electronic parts globally.
  • Building and managing vendor relationships; evaluating supplier performance and reliability.
  • Negotiating pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure project success.
  • Collaborating with engineering, production, and logistics teams to align procurement with project timelines.
  • Using software tools (ERP or similar) to manage procurement processes and maintain accurate data.

Requirements:

You must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sourcing/procurement experience in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) company.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components, BOM-based quoting, and global sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with procurement software tools (ERP or equivalent platforms).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
