Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Description

A strategic sourcing manager is required to oversee the procurement process for indirect categories, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery. This role involves analyzing procurement data, developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing contract lifecycles, and negotiating contracts with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories such as IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and increase supplier diversity.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an indirect category.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
