Key Sales Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sourcing efforts in the Delhi NCR region.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining active relationships with defined partners, driving project awareness, and identifying non-traditional referral sources. They will also build long-term relationships with micro-market influencers, plan and execute community-led activations, and capture structured feedback from partners and prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain active relationships with defined partners to ensure asset usage, business updates, and participation in active mandates.
  • Drive project awareness among partners via structured training camps, one-on-one briefings, and digital sales kit dissemination.
  • Identify and activate non-traditional referral sources, including RWAs, societies, clubs, and informal professional hubs across Delhi NCR.
  • Build long-term relationships with micro-market influencers such as society managers, RWA presidents, local bureaucrats, and club administrators.
  • Plan and execute community-led activations, including kiosk setups, presentation evenings, and curated site visits to generate verified walk-ins.
  • Capture structured feedback from partners and prospects to understand pricing sensitivity, messaging resonance, and lead quality.
  • Deliver sourcing-linked walk-in and lead generation targets as defined by the sales leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification, 4-5 years of relevant experience in real estate, automotive, or hospitality sales, and proven ability to drive sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks. They should also have experience working with structured sales processes and CRM tools, and exposure to Tier 1 real estate companies is preferred.
