Job Title: Strategic Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage procurement operations, vendor coordination, and material sourcing for office interior projects. With extensive industry experience and a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions, we are committed to excellence in our work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and execute cost-effective purchasing strategies to optimize resources.
  • Build and maintain robust vendor relationships to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and reliability.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors; negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
  • Manage supplier evaluations and risk assessments to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and price negotiations with vendors.
  • Coordinate closely with design, project, and finance teams to align procurement workflows.
  • Source high-quality materials matching project specifications and financial limits.
  • Track procurement timelines and coordinate logistics for smooth delivery to sites.
  • Uphold company policies and industry standards in all procurement activities.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Monitor vendor performance and refine vendor selection and management processes.
  • Introduce best practices in procurement management to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry.
  • Civil engineering or equivalent background preferred.
  • Proven track record in vendor coordination, contract management, and material sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly.
  • Proficiency with procurement management tools, ERP systems, and MS Office preferred.
